I have been doing hair for close to 12 years and have enjoyed every minute.  My passion for this industry continues to grow and I am always seeking new and exciting trends, techniques and products to share with my clients.  I have sought out the VERY best color line and products this industry has to offer because my passion for the integrity of your hair is what drives me.

My extensive education consists of many classes both locally and nationally.  I am also a American Board Certified Colorist.

Color and Cutting

I use LAKME Haircolor from Barcelona Spain exclusively.  I am a Certified LAKME colorist, have attended multiple LAKME classes including Reds/Blondes, Color theory and LAKME styling products.  I have traveled to New York for a 4 day Class on color and cutting at the prestigious Redken Exchange Academy on 5th Avenue.  I attended a small gathering of only 10 stylists for a intimate cutting class with the late Terry Harrison of Salon St. Louis as well as the 2002 and 2004  Redken Academy 2 day color, cutting, styling and color correction events and Grund's core cutting system and product knowledge classes.  I have also had the opportunity to do hair for people in the entertainment industry such as Kenny Chesney and his band.

I am very proud of becoming a American Board Certified Haircolorist, passing a stringent test mechanism established by  a committee of my peers.  The test is created to measure the competence of the applicants haircoloring skills.  Establishing oneself as a Board  Certified Haircolorist gives potential clients the ability to select a haircolorist that reached a higher level of expertise.  The exam itself has a less than 50% pass rate and requires 8-12 months of study and preperation.

I am Certified to perform the Coppola Keratin Complex, a natural Keratin Treatment reducing up to 95% of frizz and curl for typially 3-5 months.  Keratin blocks the effects of humidity and leaves the hair softer, smoother, and shinier.  Reducing your styling time as well!

Your hair is an extesion of your personalilty and part of how you feel about yourself on a daily basis.  I believe hair makes us feel beautiful, allows us to tell the world we are confident, trendy, classy or serious.  Haircolor is the least expensive "face-lift" money can buy, who doesn't want to look 10 years younger in 30 minutes!  I believe your hair should evolve and change at least 3 times a year and you should always be the recipient of compliments regarding your beautiful color or haircut.
